ID Sought In Theft, Fraud Case: Toms River Police
Authorities are looking for information in connection with a case involving theft and fraud, police said.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a man in connection with a fraud investigation.
Anyone who has information about the suspect is asked to email Detective Joseph Mastronardy at jmastronardy@trpolice.org.
