Parking Garage Death In Toms River Ruled Suicide

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The death of a Toms River man whose body was found in the parking lot of the Ocean County parking garage on Thursday night has been ruled a suicide.

The Ocean County prosecutor's office said the man, who was 38 years old, was found with severe head trauma after Toms River police were called to the scene about 8 p.m. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer and Ocean County Sheriff Michael Mastronardy reviewed security footage from garage, off Hadley Avenue, showed the man had jumped from the top of the garage, the prosecutor's office said.
