Seaside Heights Woman With 6 Warrants From 5 Counties Arrested

She's being held in Monmouth County on a warrant out of Howell Township, according to jail records.

A Seaside Heights woman who was arrested in Lacey Township on outstanding arrest warrants is being held in the Monmouth County jail on Friday.

Ellaree L. Davis, 36, of Seaside Heights, in fact, had six outstanding arrest warrants from five different counties, including the one from Howell Township that led to her being jailed in Monmouth County.

Davis was arrested March 31 after Lacey police responded to a dispute on the 1700 block of Hillwood Road in the Forked River section, Police Chief Michael DiBella said.

Davis had the following outstanding warrants, according to police:

  • Trenton Municipal Court, Mercer County: $2,500
  • Howell Township Municipal Court, Monmouth County: $1,500
  • Barnegat Township Municipal Court: $475
  • Seaside Heights Municipal Court: $450
  • Camden City Municipal Court, Camden County: $100
  • Atlantic City Municipal Court, Atlantic County: $100

Davis was processed at Lacey police headquarters, and Howell police took her into custody, officials said.

The Howell Township warrant charge? Contempt of court, according to the Monmouth County Corrections Department website.

Information on the warrants in the other jurisdictions was not immediately available.
