Sex Offender Accused Of Failing To Register Seaside Address
The man is accused of failing to register his address with the borough when he moved to town.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Seaside Heights man has been charged with failing to register as a sex offender in the borough, the Ocean County prosecutor's office said Monday.
Robert Hudson, 40, of Seaside Heights, was arrested March 20 by Seaside Heights detectives on a charge of failing to register his address in the borough, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
"Since 1994, Megan’s Law requires certain offenders to register with their local police departments whenever they move and/or change their residential address. Failure to comply with this obligation is a third degree crime," Billhimer said.
