Cassidy allegedly had become enraged with the speed of traffic on Route 70 and had passed the victim, Waterman said.

"Apparently there was some back-and-forth" between the victim and Cassidy, and when they reached the red light at the intersection of Route 70 and Medford Evesboro Road, Cassidy allegedly got out of his car and approached the victim, showed a knife and threatened to harm him.
