Toms River Student Takes Navy Oath At Army-Navy Game
Henry Sohl made his commitment to become a sailor in a group of 20 future sailors on the field in Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA, PA — A Toms River South senior who has decided to enlist in the U.S. Navy was chosen to be among a group of students who made their commitments publicly at the Army-Navy football game.
Henry Sohl joined 20 other future sailors to take part in the formal ceremony on the field in Philadelphia before the start of the fourth quarter of the game on Dec. 10.
The swearing-in was conducted by Carlos Del Toro, the Secretary of the Navy, during the Army versus Navy football game Dec. 10.

Sohl has committed to a five-year enlistment to become a mass communications specialist in the U.S. Navy. He leaves for boot camp in June.
