Wells Fargo Bank Robbery Suspect In Custody: Toms River Police

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A person is under arrest Thursday morning following a bank robbery on Route 9, Toms River police said.

The incident at the Wells Fargo at 2360 Route 9 was still under investigation, said Jillian Messina, media specialist for the Toms River Police Department.

She said the robbery was reported at 9:50 a.m. and the suspect was arrested 8 minutes later.

Additional details will be released later, she said.
