Bierman Visits 9U Team Before Leaving for Major League Training

Sean Bierman, the graduate who was , is leaving this week for Tampa, but he took time out of his busy schedule to visit Kinnelon's 9U travel baseball team at their end-of-the-season party on Sunday.

He spent time talking to the boys about his training, answering questions and generously signing baseballs for each player. He is so proud to be from Kinnelon, and encouraged the boys to try their best and represent Kinnelon well.

The 9U team is coached by Sam Dedio and Jim Freda. They finished with a winning record (7 wins, 3 losses) in the regular season. Next week, the 9U team will be competing in the Cal Ripken District Baseball Tournament in Chester.
