Lose 14 Pounds In 2 Weeks?
People always want to lose weight really fast. They want to somehow magically undo five, ten, twenty or more years of complete neglect to their health in a matter of weeks. It makes no sense.

There are so many products out there claiming to be able to make you lose weight in a matter of 14 days, 4 weeks, etc. if you only follow their system. Now, I’m not saying they don’t work. In fact, I know they do work. I’m not concerned with them though because programs like that lead to short term results and an incredible amount of frustration. I’m more concerned with the product that makes you lose weight and keeps you in shape for the rest of your life. That product is called commitment.
This whole world of health, nutrition, exercise, is a never commitment to learning. It is not a 2 week lose 14 pounds guarantee. The key is a constant and never ending improvement and tweaking of your knowledge. The below is a much abbreviated version of my own learning curve.

Year 1: I made the decision to start working out and being health conscious. I switched everything I ate to “whole wheat,” and bought tons of protein powder. I began eating 7-8 times a day. I went to the gym 5 days a week. Each day at the gym I ran one mile and did a different body part. Monday legs, Tuesday chest, Wednesday back, Thursday shoulders, Friday arms.
Years 2 and 3: Looked very similar to year 1 in terms of eating and workout. This is the year I started experimenting with all of those products that are suppose to make you 250% stronger and pump you up for your workout. The stuff behind the glass case at GNC.

Year 4: As a result of those early years, I weighed in at 220 pounds at looked ridiculous for someone 5 foot 11. Yes, I was strong but I was beginning to become fat. So I started investigating other workout methods. This is the year I began doing 3 full body weight routines a week and 3 days of interval cardio training a week. I also stopped taking everything except a multivitamin and probiotic supplement.
Year 5: I COMPLETELY changed my diet. I began eating entirely gluten free. I don’t eat 7 times a day anymore. Usually 4 and I focused more on the way food made me feel. I again changed my workout to 2 days a week lower body, 3 days a week upper body, 2 days a week interval training, and 1 day a week cardio of keeping my heart rate at 60% for an hour. I also dropped from 220 lbs to 195 pounds over the course of a year.
Year 6 to present: I began juicing once a day and I am constantly tweaking my nutrition and workout routines to make me feel my best.
This breakdown is grossly over simplified. But I hope you get the idea that as long as you make a constant habit of workout out and eating right and a commitment to never stopping, you will always reach your goals. It just takes a lot longer than 2 weeks.
