As high school teams prepare for the spring season, here are five scrimmages to check out today.

and spring sports teams are gearing up for the season to officially begin Friday. We're gearing up too by preparing to bring you several previews of your local teams this week and next.

But in case you wanted to catch your own preview in action, here are five scrimmages happening today.

  1. Butler High School Varsity Softball will scrimmage at : The scrimmage will begin at 4 p.m.
  2. Kinnelon High School Varsity Baseball will scrimmage against : The scrimmage will be held at Kinnelon and begin at 4 p.m.
  3. Kinnelon High School Varsity Softball will scrimmage against : The scrimmage will be held at Kinnelon and begin at 4 p.m.
  4. Butler High School Varsity Baseball will scrimmage against : The scrimmage will be held at Chatham High School at 4 p.m.
  5. Kinnelon High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse will scrimmage against : The scrimmage will be held at Montclair Kimberely at 4 p.m.
