Kinnelon Man Issued Summons For DWI
The following arrest information was supplied by the Kinnelon Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 20-year-old Kinnelon resident was arrested and issued a summons for DWI after police said he drove through a stop sign at Lincoln and Kiel Avenues on Sunday.
David C. Valdivia, 20, of Kinnelon, was driving a 2006 Suzuki four-door when police said he drove through the stop sign.
said they observed the vehicle before pulling him over. Upon further investigation, police said they smelled alcohol on Valdivia’s breath. Police said Valdivia also allegedly admitted to smoking.

Valdivia was arrested and transported to the Kinnelon police station. He was later released with a ticket to appear in court at a later date. He was issued summonses for DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign and was given a criminal summons for underage consumption of alcohol.
