New QuickChek Being Built Near Wayne
The convenience store and gas station is still it the early stages of planning.
BUTLER, NJ — A QuickChek is coming just a short drive from Wayne on Route 23 South, after a developer purchased land to build one, the Goldstein Group announced Monday morning.
The convenience store and gas station is set to be built at 1441 Route 23 South, near Interstate 287. It will be located near other major businesses, including Stop & Shop, Dunkin Donuts and Target.
A timeline for construction and opening has not been announced yet.

“The property is a prime Route 23 retail site with excellent exposure and visibility and convenient access to Interstate 287,” stated Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group. “I commend the expertise of our fine sales team in bringing this sale to fruition.”

The Goldstein Group helped facilitate the sale between seller Raymond Joseph Realty and buyer ER/UDC.
There are two QuickCheck stores located in Wayne and a another is under construction. One is on Pompton Road near William Paterson University and the other is near the Pompton Lakes border on Hamburg Turnpike. A third store is being constructed on Route 23 North at the Strawberry Blossom garden center's former location.
