Occupants of the home were asked to open the garage, at which point Alleyne and Vogel were found. Police said it was obvious that the men had been watching a movie inside the garage and that a partially smoked marijuana cigarette was found on top of a dresser. Police also said Alleyne allegedly admitted to smoking the marijuana cigarette and also allegedly turned over another marijuana cigarette to police.
Alleyne was transported to the Kinnelon police station and released with a ticket to appear in court at a later date.
