Police Investigating Bloomingdale House Burglary

Police are investigating an apparent residential burglary in which a number of jewelry items were reported stolen on East Shore Road, in Bloomingdale.

According to the , Sgt. Ronald Frost and Ptl. Robert Grabowski responded to the residence where a resident told police that during the day, an unknown person entered the home and allegedly rummaged through several rooms, taking jewelry.

Police said Det./Sgt. Steven Caputo will be handling the investigation and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the police department at 973-838-0158.
