Traditional Okinawan Karate: Testing Day

On Sat Sept. 7th,  Traditional Okinawan Karate hosted its annual fall testing day.  Over 70 students participated in an arduous test throughout the day.  The test focused on proficiency of Kata (forms), Kumite (sparring) self defense techniques, physical and mental conditioning.  After the last test was over, Mr. Miller treated the participants and their families to a pizza party.
At the end of the day, students and instructors left weary but very satisfied with goals that were accomplished.
If you have any questions about Traditional Okinawan Karate, or you would like to try 2 weeks of free classes, please call Mr. Miller at 973-626-1888.
