Give Your Old Prescription Meds To The Cedar Grove Police
The CGPD will act as a collection site for National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Sept. 26.

The Cedar Grove Police Department will act as a local collection site for an upcoming National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, Sept. 26, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., in the lobby of the Municipal Building at 525 Pompton Avenue.
The program was organized to encourage citizens to properly dispose of their unused, unwanted and expired medicine, according to the CGPD.
“Residents may dispose of medicines in either its original container or by removing medication from its container and disposing directly into the drug disposal box,” the CGPD stated in a release.
