180 Turning Lives Around and Wall Police Department seeking members for the Domestic Violence Response Team

180 Turning Lives Around and the Wall Township Police Department are seeking volunteers to join the Domestic Violence Response Team for the shore area.  The Wall Township Police Department will be hosting an orientation seminar on Tuesday, February 25th, 7 pm at the Wall Twp Police Dept located @ 2700 Allaire Road, Wall.

 The DVRT advocates are civilian members of the community who are trained to work in collaboration with local law enforcement throughout Monmouth County to assist victims of domestic violence at their time of crisis.  The trained volunteer advocates provide emotional support, local resources and options that are available to victims at their time of crisis.  

180 Turning Lives Around will be conducting the mandatory 40 hr training starting March 18 through April 10, Tues/Wed/Thurs evenings, 6p - 9:30p at the Manalapan Municipal Complex located @ 120 Route 522, Manalapan, NJ.
