His mind clouded by worry and lack of sleep, Arthur Morgan III strapped his 2 1/2-year-old daughter in her car seat and placed her in a creek, to let God decide her fate.
That is what a deputy assistant public defender, Ryan Moriarty, told a jury that Morgan, who was without a job and living in his car, did on Nov. 21, 2011, the day his daughter, Tierra Morgan-Glover, died, according to a report in the Asbury Park Press.
