A 52-year-old Belmar man was indicted for eluding while driving, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Frank C. Buford of Asbury Park allegedly eluded pursuit on Oct. 10, 2013, according to court records. Buford allegedly tried to flee from a police officer who had signaled him to stop.
