A 19-year-old Ocean Gate man has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident after crash damage was discovered at Eastern Boulevard Soccer Fields, police said.
On Dec. 14th 2013 at 9:30 a.m. Sgt. George Dohn, Ptl. Jerry Bacon, Ptl. William Somers and Ptl. Brian Bargas responded to the Eastern Blvd Soccer Fields in reference to damage that was done to the entrance gate.
Upon arrival it was determined that the damage was the result of a motor vehicle crash. Further investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle to be a Joaquin Narcisco of Ocean Gate, police said.
Narcisco was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report and careless driving.
