Irish Folk Music Coming To Allaire Village

Two nights of traditional Irish folk music ahead of St. Patrick's Day

Irish folk music band “Three Pints Shy’’ is scheduled for a two-night stint at historic March 9 and 10 in the village chapel, village officials announced.

Concerts are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and advanced ticket purchases are required. Tickets are $15 and are available from the Allaire Village office and can be purchased online through Allaire’s website at www.allairevillage.org/tickets.

Three Pints Shy is a traditional Irish folk music band. Their performances will kick off the celebrations of St. Patrick's Day at Allaire, to be held on March 11th.  With a collection of the traditional and new Irish folk music, Three Pints Shy has gathered fans across the country. For their first concert style event, they have brought out some new material and a cozy format that hearkens back to the storyteller bards of the past, said John Curtis, executive director at Allaire.
