Lake Como Man Charged With Distributing Pornography In Wall

A 26-year-old Lake Como man was charged Tuesday with distributing child pornography in Wall, police said.

Timothy Best of Fernwood Avenue was charged with endangering the welfare of a child by "knowingly receiving," selling, procuring, manufacturing delivering and disseminating child pornography through the Internet.

Authorities claim Best possessed an item "depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child" that was channel through the Internet, as a photograph, videotape or any other reproduction which depicts a child engaging in a prohibited sexual act.

Best was held on $80,000 bail with no 10 percent option.
