A 28-year-old Middletown man was charged Wednesday with possession of heroin, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.Thomas Gingerelly was charged with possesing heroin this past week. He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime. He was arrested on $5,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 18, according to court records.
