Join our group of new and expectant mothers and learn mindfulness skills that can aid in reducing stress and enhancing emotional wellness.

The benefits of mindfulness and mental health are profound with research showing improvements for those with depression, anxiety, OCD, & PTSD, as well as stress and pain reduction. Mindfulness supports present moment awareness and increased connection with emotions, which is very important for expectant and new moms. This group will offer an introduction to mindfulness, guided practice based on group needs, and aids moms in finding their own ways to live more mindfully.
Who: Moms-to-be and new moms (births in the last 12 months); minimum 4 and max of 12 participants.
When: Mondays Sept. 22, Oct. 20, Nov. 10, 7-9 pm
