A 44-year-old man from the Pacific Coast has been indicted on weapons charges, according to Monmouth County court records.
Howard D. Forbes was charged in Wall with unlawful possession of a weapon on Sept. 23, according to court records.
He knowingly possessed the handgun without first obtaining a permit to carry, court records say.
