Parent Meetings Over Music Schedule Flap
District announces trio of meetings in two weeks about changes to the Intermediate School schedule that would bump music instruction from the regular school day

In the latest move by the Wall School District to the ’s schedule for next year, the district has scheduled three informational meetings to take place in two weeks.
The meetings, announced only on the district’s website Thursday afternoon, are scheduled for parents of incoming middle school students and for parents of pupils enrolled in music instruction at the school, according to the website.
A meeting is set for 9:15 a.m. June 4 in the Intermediate School auditorium for parents of students enrolled in music instruction. Another is set for 7 p.m. June 5 for parents of incoming sixth and seventh grade students. A third follows that same night, beginning at 8 p.m. for parents of incoming eighth grade students, according to the website.

No other information was immediately available from the website. A call to Interim Superintendent Stephanie Bilenker was not immediately returned Thursday.
