School Board Scheduled To Vote On Appointments Tuesday
The Board of Education is scheduled to approve a bevy of appointments at its regular meeting Tuesday

The Board of Education is scheduled to take a series of votes at its regular meeting Tuesday putting in place a number of appointments for the next school year, according to the panel's agenda.
Among those is a vote to approve Superintendent James Habel's recommended staffing for the upcoming school year, according to the agenda.
The schools superintendent each year recommends that the board approve the "Human Resources List'' -- a document that includes the administrators, teachers and staffers who will return to the district for the upcoming school year. Habel also can recommend tenure for eligible teachers, staff and administrators.

The list was not included with the board's agenda, which is attached to this story.
The board also is scheduled to take a vote appointing Habel as the custodian of records, a duty previously given to Business Administrator Brian Smyth, according to the agenda.

Continuing the employment of Board Attorney Michael Gross is also scheduled for a vote, according to the agenda.
