A 22-year-old Toms River woman was arrested Saturday on Interstate 195 in Wall for DWI, police said.At approximately 1:36 am, Nicole Concepcion was arrested for driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Eric Jennings, police said. The arrest occurred following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 195, police said.Concepcion was processed and released in accordance with John's Law.
