VIDEO: Ocean County Hit-And-Run Suspect Arrested At Gunpoint Faces Charges

An alleged drunk driver involved in a hit-and-run crash last weekend in Lakewood faces a slew of charges, according to The Lakewood Scoop.

The driver, Martin Pachuca-Santiago, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, unlicensed driver and failure to exhibit registration card, according to the publication.
