A 53-year-old Wall Man was indicted this past week on burglary charges in Lake Como after allegedly threatening occupants of a structure, police said.
Monmouth County court records say Robert B. O'Leary, on Jan. 13, unlawfully entered a structure belong to a "J.V. and.or C.D. and/or N.K." that was not open to the public.
The indictment said the suspect allegedly "purposely, knowingly or recklessly" intended "to inflict or threatened to inflict bodily injury" on the occupants.
No information on bail was available.
