Two incidents of fraud were reported over the weekend in Warren.

Warren, NJ -- Two incidents of fraud were reported over the weekend in Warren.
On June 3 at 11:09 a.m.: A Washington Valley Road resident reported an incident of Identity Theft. Patrol advised an unknown actor used the victim's personal information to open multiple credit card accounts and made a total of $6,800 in fraudulent charges.
On Sunday, June 5 at 3:42 p.m.: A Fourth Street resident reported an incident of identity fraud. Patrol advised an unknown individual made fraudulent Apple computer purchases using the victim's account information. The orders were cancelled prior to delivery.

On Saturday, June 4 at 9:20 a.m.: Police, EMS and MICU responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mountain Blvd. near North Road. Patrol advised Charles R Hassler, 62 of North Plainfield pulled out from North Road into the path of Daesub S. Nam, 45, of Warren, who was westbound on Mountain Blvd., causing the crash. Nam and two passengers in the car were transported to the hospital. Hassler reported no injuries. Both vehicles were towed.
On Saturday, June 4 at 11:12 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Round Top Road near Mt. Horeb road, police reported the arrest of John M. Triano, 19, of Millington. Triano was transported to headquarters, processed and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Triano was issued summonses for Unsafe Lane Change, and Operation of a Motor Vehicle While in Possession of a Narcotic. Triano was released on his own recognizance with Warren Township Municipal Court on June 14.

On Sunday, June 5 at 12:53 a.m.: Police responded to a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Nicole Lane near Washington Valley Road. Patrol advised a car struck another car parked and left the area. No injuries reported.
