'Enraged' Man Curses, Threatens and Throws Soap Bottle At Cashier: Blotter

This was one of the two incidents where someone was arrested for disorderly conduct last week in North Plainfield, police reported.

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — A Perth Amboy was arrested for disorderly conduct after becoming enraged while shopping at Quick Chek in North Plainfield.

On Jan. 2 at 2:15 a.m., North Plainfield Police reported Eddieliz A. Rodriguez, 21, of Perth Amboy was cursing and threatening employees at the store located at 395 Somerset Street.

Rodriguez also threw a bottle of Palmolive hand soap at the cashier, police reported.

On Dec. 30 at 9:22 p.m.: Jacqueline S. Alcerro, 39, of North Plainfield was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after she was yelling and screaming at people, despite being told to stop and leave several times by police officers. She was given a summonses and released.

On Dec. 30 at 12:37 p.m.: A Delacy Avenue resident reported that three of her Christmas decorations were damaged. The total value of the damage was approximately $210.

On Dec. 29 at midnight: A Brook Avenue resident reported someone opened various credit card accounts in her name and charged $1,365.

On Dec. 28 at 8:10 p.m.: Sometime between 8 p.m. on Dec. 27 and 8 a.m. on Dec. 28, someone threw a brick through the front passengers side window a vehicle and took a lunch bag.

On Dec. 27 at 11:05 a.m.: A victim reported a cell phone was stolen from KFC, 506 Somerset Street.

On Dec, 22 at 8:46 p.m.: A West End Avenue resident reported coming home and finding a man in the rear yard. When the suspect saw the homeowner he fled south through the rear yard towards Plainfield. A check of the area yielded negative results.
