Lock Vehicles, Remove Valuables And Keys: Watchung Police
Residents are reminded to lock their vehicles and remove all valuables after multiple thefts, burglaries were reported around the area.

WATCHUNG, NJ — Watchung Police are reminding residents to lock their vehicles overnight and remove all valuables "especially keys/keyfobs" after multiple thefts and burglaries were reported around the area.
The motor vehicle thefts and burglaries are being reported in the overnight and early morning hours. Watchung police sent out the alert Thursday afternoon to residents.
An unlocked Porsche was stolen in Warren on Sunday and seven cars were also stolen recently in Monmouth County.

Additionally, an armed carjacking occurred in the driveway of a Clark resident early on Wednesday morning.

Residents are being asked to report any suspicious activity to the Watchung Police by calling 908-756-3663.
