(lehighvalleylive.com) — A Watchung Wells Fargo ATM shorted a disability recipient $540 during a February withdrawal, and she initially couldn't get help from either the bank or her card issuer. After persistent complaints and media involvement, Wells Fargo confirmed the machine had an overage and agreed to mail her a check. The case highlights how hard it can be for non-customers to resolve ATM disputes.
