Washington Avenue Partially Reopens In Green Brook
Washington Avenue has partially reopened to traffic after being closed for almost one month for emergency construction.

Green Brook, NJ - Washington Avenue has partially reopened after being closed for almost one month.
The Green Brook police announced one lane in each direction is reopened on Friday, June 10 on Washington Avenue south of Route 22.
Washington Avenue had been closed to all traffic since May 16 due to emergency sewer repairs in Dunellen. It was slated to reopen on Friday, June 3, however, delays caused the road to be closed through June 17.

The partial reopening will help alleviate traffic as cars were previously detoured onto Greenbrook Road towards Rock Avenue.
