Scott Rumana Sworn In As Superior Court Judge, Report Says
The former Wayne mayor and 40th District Assemblyman, will serve in the court's Family Division in Passaic County.

Scott T. Rumana, the former Wayne mayor and state assemblyman, was sworn in as a Superior Court judge Tuesday at the Passaic County Courthouse.
It was a case of like father, like son at the Passaic County Courthouse on Tuesday as Scott T. Rumana was sworn in as a Superior Court judge.
Rumana's father, Thomas, was also a Superior Court judge, NorthJersey.com reported. Assembly Republican leader Jon Bramnick said there is "no one more fair" than Rumana

Lt. Gov Kim Guadagno said that Ruman worked "tirelessly" on Wayne's behalf.
Rumana thanked his wife, Laura, his son, Tommy, whom he said was "the best change in my life," and his mother, Marilyn.

Governor Christie appointed Rumana to the judgeship. Rumana will serve the family court division of Passaic County.
