Shake Shack Pushes Back Opening Date Of Wayne Restaurant
The opening of the anticipated Wayne Town Center restaurant has been pushed back until early next year.

WAYNE, NJ — You'll have to wait a little while longer to satisfy that Shake Shack craving.
The popular nationwide fast food chain is coming to the Wayne Towne Center. But instead of opening later this year, as originally announced, Shake Shack will open the restaurant in early 2019, company spokesperson Kristyn Clark. (See related: Shake Shack's Wayne Location Announced)
Shake Shack mostly sells burgers, fries, hot dogs and milkshakes. The company says its burgers are all-natural, 100-percent Angus beef made without hormones or antibiotics.

The Wayne Town Center has gone through a revitalization in recent years, with a 24 Hour Fitness Center, Dick's Sporting Goods, and a Jared jewelry store opening there.
More businesses are opening at the Willowbrook Mall across the street.

Dave & Buster's opened there last year and Cinemark will open a 12-screen movie theater at the old Sears Auto Center.
Buffalo Wild Wings earlier this year was given approval to open at the mall. That restaurant could open before the end of the year. (See related: Buffalo Wild Wings Coming To Wayne's Willowbrook Mall)
