Wayne Boy Injured By Drunk Driver Shows Off Singing Skills
Matthew Polifonte was critically injured when a drunk driver crashed into his family's vehicle on Alps Road in March.
WAYNE, NJ — Matthew Polifonte is a big fan of Tim McGraw. The 10-year-old township boy showed off his singing skills on WPLJ radio recently during an interview with Jayde Donovan and Todd Pettengill.
Polifonte was critically injured and suffered a traumatic brain injury when a drunk driver crashed into his family's Toyota Sienna on Ratzer Road in March. He spent his 10th birthday in the hospital.
Polifonte came home in August and was recently interviewed on WPLJ for the station's Miracle Mondays segment.
