Each ceremony will be approximately one-hour long, according to the university, and will comply with state regulations regarding outdoor ceremonies.

This means capacity will be capped at 150 graduates, who can bring two guests. The ceremony will be livestreamed, so those who can't attend can watch.

Graduates will be seated six-feet apart, and guests will be seated in the bleachers at the field.

"All graduates, their guests, and University staff will be required to follow social distancing requirements and wear a face covering. Sanitation stations will be available at entrances to Wightman Field," said the university.

Ceremonies will be held "rain or shine," the university said, but in the event of severe weather will be postponed until Aug. 13.
