Django Reinhardt was a groundbreaking and legendary force in Jazz, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest guitarists of his time. He was at the forefront of the Jazz Manouche (Gypsy Jazz) movement, which took hold in Paris almost a century ago. His astonishing talent as a player, composer, and bandleader, in addition to his unmistakable cool, have made him an icon to music lovers around the world. For this concert, we bring together five internationally renowned interpreters of Django’s music plus two very special guests.
