South Jersey Couple Rode On Same Motorcycle, Died On Same Motorcycle

Two people often rode together across N.J. They then died together when they slammed into a car in South Jersey this weekend, police said.

Bradley Loveland always liked to pose for pictures on his Harley. The 57-year-old man was proud of that bike; but he was even prouder when he had Tammy Baily on the back and of his seat.

Tammy was from Idaho, but she made sure to tell her "man" that she missed when she wasn't able to ride with him.

"I miss you," she wrote in one Facetbook post. "This next week will be the longest week of my life - oh, and by the way. I love this picture It's a American dream: My man, nice bike, and best of all, the dog."

The two were moving through the intersection of Welchville Road and Acton Station Road in Manning Township when they hit the other car, police said.

The car went through the intersection when the driver, who also wasn't identified, apparently didn't see the motorcycle, police said.

The two were pronounced dead at the scene, state police said. A portion of the road was closed.

The two were a beloved couple in South Jersey, and they were often recognized for their enthusiasm for motorcycles. It appeared to be a hobby for Loveland while he worked as an ironworker at PSEG.
