Smashburger Opens First South Jersey Location in Glassboro, NJ

Glassboro, N.J. – February 13, 2013— Smashburger, the nation’s fastest growing “better burger” restaurant is now bringing its fresh and flavorful approach to Gloucester County residents at 698 North Delsea Drive, Glassboro, NJ 08028.

With its innovative “smash and sear” cooking process, Smashburger ups the ante with its fresh, never frozen, 100% Angus beef burgers that are smashed to perfection on a 400-degree flat grill to sear in the juicy flavor. These “better burgers” are served with irresistible sides including the signature rosemary and garlic-seasoned Smashfries and hand-spun Häagen-Dazs® shakes.

  • The Liberty Smashburger – 100% Angus beef burger topped with grilled onions, Cheez Whiz® and Gulden’s Mustard® on a pretzel bun.
  • The New Jersey Smashburger – 100% Angus beef burger topped with applewood-smoked bacon, crumbled blue cheese, grilled onions, haystack onions, lettuce, tomato and mayo on an onion bun.
  • The Liberty Dog – 100% Angus beef hot dog, grilled onions, Cheez Whiz® and Gulden’s Mustard®.
