Police tried to stop the vehicle again, and Hargrove initially pulled over. But an unknown male bailed on foot, and Hargrove drove away again, authorities said.

The vehicle headed toward the Ben Franklin Bridge. It was later recovered in Philadelphia and returned to its owner, police said.

Hargrove remains at large, police said Wednesday. His last-known address is in Mantua.

Police encouraged Hargrove to turn himself in. Anyone with information on his location can contact the Mantua Township Police Department or their local law-enforcement agency.
