Missing Gloucester County Man Charged With Murder Turns Himself in
Kevin Mosley faces charges of aggravated assault and murder.

Gloucester County, NJ -- Kevin Mosley of Paulsboro turned himself in at the Woodstown barracks of the New Jersey State police yesterday, one day after the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office announced charges against him, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office announced today.
“Mr. Mosley has been on the run for a few weeks, while GCPO fugitive officers were looking for him,” Gloucester County Prosecutor Sean F. Dalton said in the press release. “Thankfully, he is in custody now and it happened safely.”
Mosley is charged with the aggravated assault and murder of Paulsboro resident John Scott, 36.

Mosley allegedly assaulted Scott on March 29. Scott was found unconscious outside his home on Pine Street after he left to purchase cigarettes at a convenience store, the press release states.
Head injuries from the assault led to Scott’s death on April 1 at Cooper Medical Center in Camden, according to the press release.

Mosley is charged with aggravated assault and murder specifically "by punching Scott in the face, causing Scott to fall onto the roadway, causing injuries which resulted in Scott’s death, and punching Scott once more while Scott lay defenseless in the roadway,” according to a complaint the GCPO signed, stated in the press release.
Bail has been set at $750,000 and in default of bail, Mosley is to be placed in the Salem County Jail, the press release states.
