Victim, Shooter ID'd After Murder-Suicide At South Jersey Apartment
A man killed a woman as she tried to move out of their apartment. He then shot toward her family before killing himself, officials said.
CLAYTON, NJ — A man fatally shot a woman and then himself as the victim tried to move out of the South Jersey apartment they shared, officials said.
Officers responded to a domestic incident and reported shooting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Academy Arms Apartments on N Broad Street in Clayton. Later that night, police revealed that a man and woman died in a murder-suicide.
Authorities publicly disclosed their identities late Wednesday afternoon.

Nina D. Sinclair-Green, 43, was in the apartment to pack her belongings when Anthony J. Williams shot and killed her Tuesday in Clayton, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
Williams, 45, then discharged rounds from a semi-automatic handgun through the open front doorway. He struck a vehicle in the adjacent parking lot that Sinclair-Green's family members occupied, authorities said.

Afterwards, Williams turned the gun on himself inside the apartment and died by suicide, the GCPO said.
The victim's family members, who were there to help Sinclair-Green pack and remove her belongings, weren't injured.
Sinclair-Green suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and Williams died from a single gunshot wound to the head, according to autopsies conducted Wednesday by the county medical examiner.
