West Deptford Man Hospitalized Teen In South Jersey Hit-And-Run: Prosecutor
The victim, who was on a bicycle, remains in critical condition, authorities said.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A West Deptford man was identified as the driver accused of a hit-and-run that put a teen in critical condition last month in Gloucester Township.
Christopher Bucceroni, 28, was charged with third-degree leaving he scene of a crash that resulted in serious injury (third-degree), officials announced Tuesday. The charge stems from a June 20 crash that seriously injured a bicyclist, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office (CCPO).
The cyclist — an 18-year-old male from Gloucester Township — was brought to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where he remains in critical condition, officials said Tuesday.

Police responded to the hit-and-run just before 2:30 a.m. that morning around Erial and Blackwood-Clementon roads. During the investigation, detectives confirmed that a dark-colored SUV struck the victim and left the scene.
Township police shared footage of the vehicle in an effort to identify it. Bucceroni turned himself in a day after the crash, the CCPO said.
