3 New Businesses To Open At Galloping Hill Center In Union
The businesses are set to open in late 2018.

UNION, NJ — Three new businesses will be opening at the Galloping Hill Center in Union.
Ripco Real Estate announced that Dollar Tree, Salon Centric and Diamond Cleaners have all signed leases and are set to open in late 2018.
- Dollar Tree, the American chain of discount variety stores that sells items for $1 or less, will occupy a 7,625-square-foot space.
- Salon Centric, one of the largest wholesale salon and beauty supply distributors of professional beauty products in the United States, will occupy a 4,162-square-foot space.
- Diamond Cleaners, a professional dry-cleaning service, will occupy a 1,890 square foot space.
“Galloping Hill Center has been the go-to shopping center in Union for years, but ownership felt that repositioning the asset to attract a more thoughtful tenant mix would better serve local customers. We expect Dollar Tree and the other new tenants to generate additional foot-traffic that will also benefit existing tenants like Seabras Supermarket, the mid-sized grocery chain that has anchored the center for years,” said Jake Frantzman of Ripco who represented ownership in the transactions.
