WESTFIELD, NJ — A ribbon cutting was held for Westfield's first transit-oriented, 70-unit luxury residential community located one-tenth of a mile from Westfield's train station.

The Hampshire Companies celebrated the ribbon cutting of 333 Central Ave. along with Westfield Mayor Andy Skibitsky, joint venture partner Claremont Companies and project investment advisor Circle Squared Alternative Investments on July 11.

The four-story, 126,340-square-foot community features a variety of unit layouts ranging from 700 square feet to 1,550 square feet. Options renters have to choose from include one- or two-bedroom units with select units featuring a den and a private terrace.
