BCWF 100-Day Burpee Challenge Begins! Get your KIDS involved too! It's FREE!

BootCampF 100-Day Burpee Challenge

Commit to the BCWF Burpee Challenge and get a FREE t-shirt on completion!  ALL ARE WELCOME – GET YOUR KIDS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS INVOLVED…and in shape while they’re at it!

The BCWF 100-Day Burpee Challenge: As you may have heard, the burpee is making a big comeback!  It has been deemed the most efficient boot camp exercise because it works 13 muscles at one time, including the heart so you get some cardio, strengthening all of them the more you do, and takes only 3 seconds or less to do one.  In honor of the burpee comeback, we are hosting the BCWF 100-Day Burpee Challenge! 

 On day 1 of the Fall II Session, October 28, all participants must complete 1 burpee, on day 2, 2 burpees, day 3, 3 burpees….day 99, 99 burpees, day 100 (Feb 4), 100 burpees!  You don’t have to do consecutive burpees, just a total for that day.

 All burpees done at BootCampWF count towards your total. 

 All who complete the challenge get a FREE t-shirt that says “I survived the BCWF 100-Day Burpee Challenge!”  All are welcome to join us – get your kids, family and friends involved – and get them in shape too!!!
