Bomb Threat Reported At Arthur L. Johnson High School In Clark

A canine search and a physical search of the building were completed on Wednesday.

CLARK, NJ — A "non-specific bomb threat" was reported at Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark, shortly after dismissal on Wednesday.

Students were already leaving for the day when the threat came in, said Clark Police.

All students were dismissed and after-school activities were cancelled.

Clark Police went to the school, along with the Union County Sheriff’s Office Canine Unit, Union County Police Department, and other law enforcement partner agencies.

The incident is currently under investigation by the Clark Police Juvenile Bureau.

School will be open tomorrow on the delayed opening bell schedule already communicated due to NJGPA testing.
